【摘要】:ThispublicationincludesallofthewrittenrepliesissuedbetweentheindicateddatesbytheSecretary,speakingfortheASMECommitteeonNuclearAirandGasTreatmentEquipment,toinquiriesconcerninginterpretationsoftechnicalaspectsofASMEAG-1–2003,CodeonNuclearAirandGasTreatment.TheseinterpretationswerepreparedinaccordancewiththeaccreditedASMEprocedures.ASMEproceduresprovideforreconsiderationoftheseinterpretationswhenorifadditionalinformationisavailablewhichtheinquirerbelievesmightaffecttheinterpretation.Further,personsaggrievedbythisinterpretationmayappealtothecognizantASMECommitteeorSubcommittee.ASMEdoesnot“approve,”“certify,”“rate,”or“endorse”anyitem,construction,proprietarydevice,oractivity.Aninterpretationappliestotheeditionoraddendastatedintheinterpretationitself,or,ifnoneisstated,tothelatestpublishededitionandaddendaatthetimeitisissued.Subsequentrevisionstotherulesmayhavesupersededthereply.Fordetailedinstructionsonthepreparationoftechnicalinquiries,refertothePreparationofTechnicalInquiriestotheCommitteeonNuclearAirandGasTreatmentinMandatoryAppendixIofAG-1–2003.
