【摘要】:RulesfortheProcessPipingCodeSectionB31.31havebeendevelopedconsideringpipingtypicallyfoundinpetroleumrefineries;chemical,pharmaceutical,textile,paper,semiconductor,andcryogenicplants;andrelatedprocessingplantsandterminals.ThisCodeprescribesrequirementsformaterialsandcomponents,design,fabrication,assembly,erection,examination,inspection,andtestingofpiping.hisCodeappliestopipingforallfluids,including:(1)raw,intermediate,andfinishedchemicals;(2)petroleumproducts;(3)gas,steam,air,andwater;(4)fluidizedsolids;(5)refrigerants;(6)cryogenicfluids.AlsoincludedwithinthescopeofthisCodeispipingwhichinterconnectspiecesorstageswithinapackagedequipmentassembly.
