【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardestablishesacommonframeworktoachieveunambiguousidentificationinITS/RTTT:AVI/AEIapplications.ThisschemeandReferenceArchitectureModelisdesignedtobean"enabling"structuretoallowinteroperabilitybetweendifferentcommercialsystems,andnotprescriptiveindetermininganyonesystem.Itisnotfrequency-norairinterfaceprotocol-specific,providesmaximuminteroperability,hasahighpopulationcapability,andprovidesthepossibilityofupwardsmigrationtomorecapablesystems.ThisInternationalStandardprovidesareferencestructurewhichenablesanunambiguousidentificationandalsoidentifiesthedataconstructasanITS/RTTTmessage.ThisisparticularlyimportantwithinanEDIenvironment.TheconstructalsoidentifieswhichITS/RTTTdatastructureiscontainedinthemessage.AwidevarietyofapplicationscanbesupportedbythestructuredeterminedinthisInternationalStandard,suchassimpleAVI/AEI,complexunambiguousITS/RTTTmessages(ineitheruser-identifiedoranonymousformats),ornewandasyetundefinedmessagestructures.TheprinciplesofdataelementstructuredeterminedinISO/IEC8824havebeenadoptedtoprovideaninteroperablearchitecturewithinastandardframework.TheuseofAbstractSyntaxNotationOne(ASN.1)fromISO/IEC8824andISO/IEC8825asadataidentifieriswidelyused.Akeyfeatureofthestructureistoprovideinteroperabilityofdataconstructs.ThisAVI/AEIschememayalsobeusedaspartofadataconstructforpurposessuchasautomaticfeecollectionandenablesinteroperabilitywithexistingstandards.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotincludetheairinterfacenoranyimplementationaspect,solelytheReferenceArchitectures.SubsequentInternationalStandardswilldefinedatastructuresforgeneralAVI/AEIandforspecificsectorsofapplication.TheNumberingandDataStructurewillbecapableofoperationbothbyread/writedevices,andbyread-onlydeviceswherethereisnorequirement(orifthereisnopossibility)towritetotheOBE.
