【摘要】:ThisguidecoversthebasicelementsofaShipboardOccupationalHealthandSafetyProgram(SOHSP).Theseelementsareapplicabletoallvesseltypesincludingbutnotlimitedtotankvessels,drybulkcarriers,passengervessels,roll-onroll-offvessels,orebulkoilers,offshoresupplyvessels,tugboats,towboats,andbarges.Theelementsdescribedarefundamentalpiecesofasystematicoccupationalsafetyandhealthprogramandmaybeusedbycompanylinemanagers,healthandsafetypersonnelorconsultantswhoareimplementing,improving,orauditingtheeffectivenessofashipboardhealthandsafetyprogram.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
